Facial aesthetics planning on the patient’s face, with a budget in one click
You mark on the patient’s photo — or on an anatomical illustration — where each procedure goes. SmilePro prices every mark from your catalogue, adds up the plan and turns it into a budget that is charged, tracked and signed like any other.

Who it is for
For dental and aesthetic clinics that explain facial harmonization with a sketch on paper today and build the quote separately, on another sheet.
It is a planning and quoting tool: indications, doses and technique are the professional’s clinical decision, and the drawing does not represent or guarantee a result.
Available on the Plus plan only: it unlocks once the clinic has at least one paid doctor user, and includes attaching Inventory products to each mark.
How it works
-
Set up your catalogue
In Catalogs → Facial aesthetics: procedures with a fixed price or a price per quantity (toxin at $12 per U), fourteen facial zones and seven units ready to use.
-
Photograph the patient
Five standard views — front, 45° and profiles — stored with their documents. With no photo, you plan on an anatomical illustration.
-
Mark the plan
Pick a procedure and mark the face with points, areas or lines. Each mark is a line with quantity, zone, discount and price.
-
Present and quote
Walk the patient through the plan in presentation mode and create their budget in one click, with their insurance discount if it applies.
What it includes
-
Price per quantity
20 U of toxin at $12 is $240; 2 ml of hyaluronic acid at $320 is $640. A discount per line, as an amount or a percentage, and tax from your VAT catalogue.
-
Presentation mode and PDF
The plan step by step with each procedure’s description, with or without prices, and a PDF with the drawn face and your clinic’s brand.
-
A real budget
The plan becomes an ordinary budget: full payment or instalments, receipts and specialist commissions, without typing anything twice.
-
Progress and signature
Each procedure goes through pending, in progress and done, and the patient signs on screen. A signed line is frozen.
-
Versions and history
A quoted plan is a record: changes go into a new version and the old one is kept, with who and when in the activity log.
-
Encrypted clinical data
The aesthetic diagnosis, observations and each mark’s notes are encrypted before they are stored, like the clinical history. Separate permissions to edit and delete.
SmilePro does not diagnose nor simulate results on the face: the aesthetic diagnosis is written and validated by the professional.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a photo of the patient to plan?
No. Without a photo the plan is drawn on a generic anatomical illustration, female or male. Once you upload the photo, you pick it as the surface in the planner.
Are facial procedures mixed with dental ones?
They are procedures of the clinic with their own area: they show up in budgets, reports and commissions, but not on the odontogram nor in the dental procedure list.
Can I change a plan after quoting it?
It is not edited: a new version is created with the changes. The old one is kept, marked as replaced, so the budget the patient received never changes behind their back.
How do I train my team?
The Facial aesthetics guide in the documentation walks through every screen and suggests a twenty-minute first session with a test patient. The module opens it from the Guide button.
