A public page where patients book by themselves, 24/7 and without an account: how it works, what they see, how to share it and what reaches the calendar.
Una página pública donde los pacientes agendan por su cuenta, las 24 horas y sin crear cuenta: cómo funciona, qué ven, cómo compartirla y qué llega al calendario.

Every clinic has a public address, smilepro.app/book/<your-clinic>. The patient opens it, picks a professional, a day and a free time, types their details and books. The appointment appears on the calendar at once as Awaiting confirmation, with an Online booking badge.
Cada clínica tiene una dirección pública, smilepro.app/book/<tu-clinica>. El paciente la abre, elige un profesional, un día y una hora libre, escribe sus datos y agenda. La cita aparece de inmediato en el calendario como Por confirmar, con la etiqueta Reserva en línea.
- Go to Settings → Online booking, turn on “Accept appointments online” and save.
- Ve a Configuración → Agenda en línea, activa «Recibir citas por internet» y guarda.
- Check that each professional who should appear is active and has working hours (Settings → Professionals).
- Comprueba que cada profesional que deba aparecer esté activo y tenga horario de atención (Configuración → Profesionales).
- Share the link or the QR from the calendar’s Online booking button.
- Comparte el enlace o el QR desde el botón Reserva en línea del calendario.
- Confirm and assign a patient file to each booking that arrives.
- Confirma y asigna una ficha de paciente a cada reserva que llegue.
- Online bookings always arrive as Clinical history in the calendar’s type of care; if one is really facial aesthetics, edit the appointment and change it.
- Las reservas en línea siempre llegan como Historia clínica en el tipo de atención del calendario; si una es en realidad de estética facial, edita la cita y cámbialo.
While the switch is off, the link still opens but says “Online booking not available” and asks the patient to contact the clinic.
Mientras el interruptor esté apagado, el enlace se abre pero dice «Agendamiento en línea no disponible» y pide al paciente comunicarse con la clínica.
What the patient sees Lo que ve el paciente
The page carries the clinic’s logo, name, contact and — if turned on — a map of the chosen location. Booking takes three steps: professional, date and time, details.
La página lleva el logo, el nombre y el contacto de la clínica y, si está activado, un mapa de la sede elegida. Agendar son tres pasos: profesional, fecha y hora, datos.
- Only professionals who are active, have working hours and are not hidden appear, each with their specialty.
- Solo aparecen los profesionales activos, con horario y no ocultos, cada uno con su especialidad.
- Days on which the professional does not work, or is blocked, say so instead of showing empty hours.
- Los días en que el profesional no atiende, o tiene un bloqueo, lo dicen en lugar de mostrar horas vacías.
- Booking is possible up to 60 days ahead. With “Do not allow same-day appointments” on, the first day is tomorrow.
- Se puede agendar hasta 60 días hacia adelante. Con «No permitir citas para el mismo día» activo, el primer día es mañana.
- 1. Professional 1. Profesional
- Active professionals with working hours, with their specialty. One set to “hide the name” shows the generic text and no photo. Los profesionales activos con horario, con su especialidad. Uno con «ocultar el nombre» muestra el texto genérico y sin foto.
- Location Sede
- Main office or a branch — only the ones where that professional works. The map follows the chosen location. Matriz o sucursal: solo aquellas donde atiende ese profesional. El mapa sigue a la sede elegida.
- 2. Date and time 2. Fecha y hora
- Up to 60 days ahead. Only free, future slots appear — the same ones the calendar shows free, after schedules, blocks and simultaneous appointments. Hasta 60 días hacia adelante. Solo aparecen horas libres y futuras: las mismas que el calendario ve libres, después de horarios, bloqueos y citas simultáneas.
- Timezone notice Aviso de zona horaria
- Always says which zone the hours are in and the current time at the clinic. A patient whose browser is in another offset also sees their own time under each slot. Siempre dice en qué zona están las horas y la hora actual en la clínica. Un paciente cuyo navegador está en otro desfase ve también su hora bajo cada horario.
Patient details and confirmation Datos del paciente y confirmación
The patient types their name, email and mobile, and optionally an ID and the reason for the visit, then presses Book appointment. The time is checked again at that moment: if someone took it a second earlier, the page asks to choose another.
El paciente escribe su nombre, correo y celular, y opcionalmente su documento y el motivo de la consulta, y pulsa Agendar cita. La hora se vuelve a comprobar en ese momento: si alguien la tomó un segundo antes, la página pide elegir otra.
- The patient’s email includes a link to confirm or cancel (valid 15 days). Confirming or cancelling updates the calendar by itself.
- El correo al paciente trae un enlace para confirmar o anular (válido 15 días). Confirmar o anular actualiza el calendario por sí solo.
- One email can hold at most 3 upcoming online bookings at the clinic. Beyond that the page asks the patient to call.
- Un mismo correo puede tener como máximo 3 reservas en línea próximas en la clínica. Pasado eso, la página le pide llamar.
- The page is protected against bots and automated submissions.
- La página está protegida contra bots y envíos automáticos.
- Required Obligatorio
- Full name, email and mobile (with country). The mobile is checked against the chosen country. Nombre completo, correo y celular (con país). El celular se valida según el país elegido.
- Optional Opcional
- ID document and reason for the visit. Both go into the appointment. Documento de identidad y motivo de la consulta. Ambos van a la cita.
- Your appointment Tu cita
- The summary the patient checks before pressing Book appointment. El resumen que el paciente revisa antes de pulsar Agendar cita.
- Confirmation email on Correo de confirmación activo
- “We sent you an email with a link to confirm or cancel it.” «Te enviamos un correo con un enlace para confirmarla o cancelarla.»
- Confirmation email off Correo de confirmación apagado
- “The clinic will contact you to confirm it.” — the desk confirms by phone or WhatsApp. «La clínica se comunicará contigo para confirmarla.»: recepción confirma por teléfono o WhatsApp.
Hours and time zones Horas y zonas horarias
Every hour on the page is the clinic’s local time, and the page always says so, with the current time at the clinic. If the patient’s device is in another time zone — a patient abroad, a tourist — each hour also shows its equivalent in their local time, with the date when it changes day.
Todas las horas de la página son la hora local de la clínica, y la página siempre lo dice, con la hora actual en la clínica. Si el dispositivo del paciente está en otra zona horaria —un paciente en el extranjero, un turista—, cada hora muestra además su equivalente en su hora local, con la fecha cuando cambia de día.
The clinic’s zone is set in Settings → Agenda. The same zone decides what “today” means for same-day bookings.
La zona de la clínica se configura en Configuración → Agenda. La misma zona decide qué es «hoy» para las citas del mismo día.

The Online booking button in the calendar toolbar opens the kit: the link to copy, a QR code to download as an image, and two printable leaflets. Anyone with access to Appointments can open it.
El botón Reserva en línea de la barra del calendario abre el kit: el enlace para copiar, un código QR para descargar como imagen y dos folletos para imprimir. Lo puede abrir cualquiera con acceso a Citas.
- Poster: a big QR with “Book your appointment online — available 24/7, no account needed”. For reception or the waiting room.
- Cartel: un QR grande con «Agenda tu cita en línea — disponible las 24 horas, sin crear cuenta». Para recepción o la sala de espera.
- Step-by-step guide: five steps, the QR, the address and contact. Mentions same-day rules and whether a confirmation email will arrive, according to your settings.
- Guía paso a paso: cinco pasos, el QR, la dirección y el contacto. Menciona la regla del mismo día y si llegará un correo de confirmación, según tu configuración.
- Put the link in your Instagram bio, Google Business profile and WhatsApp Business auto-reply.
- Pon el enlace en la biografía de Instagram, el perfil de Google Business y la respuesta automática de WhatsApp Business.

- Copy it or open it. If online booking is off, a warning says so and links to the settings. Cópialo o ábrelo. Si el agendamiento en línea está apagado, un aviso lo dice y enlaza a la configuración.

- Download it as PNG for social media, business cards or the website. Descárgalo en PNG para redes sociales, tarjetas o la página web.
- Printable leaflets Folletos para imprimir
- Poster (a big QR for reception) or Step-by-step guide, in A4, A5 or A6, in the clinic’s notification language. Cartel (un QR grande para recepción) o Guía paso a paso, en A4, A5 o A6, en el idioma de las notificaciones de la clínica.
When a booking arrives Cuando llega una reserva
An online booking is an ordinary appointment: in person, at the chosen location, with the professional’s usual duration. It arrives with the Online booking badge, as Awaiting confirmation and Without patient, because the patient typed their details instead of picking a file.
Una reserva en línea es una cita normal: presencial, en la sede elegida y con la duración habitual del profesional. Llega con la etiqueta Reserva en línea, como Por confirmar y Sin paciente, porque el paciente escribió sus datos en lugar de elegir una ficha.
- Open it from the calendar or from the red Without patient pill.
- Ábrela desde el calendario o desde la etiqueta roja Sin paciente.
- Assign patient: find the existing file (check the ID) or create it with the data the patient typed.
- Asignar paciente: busca la ficha existente (revisa la identificación) o créala con los datos que escribió el paciente.
- Confirm it by call or WhatsApp — or wait for the patient to confirm from the email.
- Confírmala por llamada o WhatsApp, o espera a que el paciente confirme desde el correo.
- Emails: the patient’s confirmation and the administrator notice follow Settings → Online booking; the professional’s notice follows Settings → Agenda. Each one uses an email credit.
- Correos: la confirmación al paciente y el aviso al administrador siguen Configuración → Agenda en línea; el aviso al profesional sigue Configuración → Agenda. Cada uno usa un crédito de correo.
- A professional with “hide the name” on appears with the generic text in everything the patient reads — emails, reminders, the confirmation page and WhatsApp — while the calendar keeps the real name.
- Un profesional con «ocultar el nombre» aparece con el texto genérico en todo lo que lee el paciente —correos, recordatorios, página de confirmación y WhatsApp—, mientras el calendario conserva el nombre real.

- On the calendar chip, in the list and in the appointment header — so the desk knows the patient booked by themselves. En la tarjeta del calendario, en la lista y en el encabezado de la cita, para que recepción sepa que el paciente agendó por su cuenta.

- Every online booking starts here, in person, at the chosen location. Toda reserva en línea empieza aquí, presencial y en la sede elegida.
- Without patient Sin paciente
- The booking carries the typed name and contact, not a patient file. Assign it before the visit. La reserva trae el nombre y el contacto escritos, no una ficha. Asígnala antes de la visita.
- Change history Historial de cambios
- The creation is recorded in the patient’s name, marked as coming from the patient. La creación queda registrada a nombre del paciente, marcada como hecha por el paciente.
