Pacientes
The clinic’s records: contact details, insurance, files, the clinical folder, simulations, budgets and the account statement.
El archivo de la clínica: datos de contacto, seguro, archivos, carpeta clínica, simulaciones, presupuestos y estado de cuenta.

Store identification, contact details, birth date, sex, marital status, blood type, home and work address, insurance or agreement, emergency contact and a note. Search by name, ID or email.
Guarda identificación, datos de contacto, fecha de nacimiento, sexo, estado civil, grupo sanguíneo, dirección de domicilio y trabajo, seguro o convenio, contacto de emergencia y una nota. Busca por nombre, cédula o correo.
- Patients are also created from the calendar (Create patient), from a simulation and from a budget — always the same file.
- Los pacientes también se crean desde el calendario (Crear paciente), desde una simulación y desde un presupuesto: siempre es la misma ficha.
- An insurance with a discount shows its percentage on the file; budgets offer it.
- Un seguro con descuento muestra su porcentaje en la ficha; los presupuestos lo ofrecen.
- Archive inactive patients instead of deleting them: their history stays and Restore brings them back.
- Archiva a los pacientes inactivos en lugar de borrarlos: su historia se conserva y Restaurar los devuelve.
- The free plan includes 50 patients and 50 clinical histories; a paid doctor user removes the limit.

Each patient card has shortcuts to everything that hangs from the file.
Cada tarjeta de paciente tiene accesos a todo lo que cuelga de la ficha.
- Clinical history: the patient’s folder, with antecedents and every visit.
- Historia clínica: la carpeta del paciente, con antecedentes y todas sus visitas.
- Account statement: every budget with its total, what was paid and the balance.
- Estado de cuenta: cada presupuesto con su total, lo pagado y el saldo.
- Simulations and budgets: every smile design and budget of the patient.
- Simulaciones y presupuestos: todos los diseños de sonrisa y presupuestos del paciente.
- Files: X-rays, lab results, consents — see below.

Patient files Archivos del paciente
The Files tab keeps documents on the patient, outside any visit: images, PDF, Word and Excel. Give each one a name you will search for later (“Panoramic, March 2026”). Images and PDFs open right there; Word and Excel download.
La pestaña Archivos guarda documentos en el paciente, fuera de cualquier visita: imágenes, PDF, Word y Excel. Ponle a cada uno un nombre por el que lo buscarás después («Radiografía panorámica, marzo 2026»). Las imágenes y los PDF se abren ahí mismo; Word y Excel se descargan.
- Files use the clinic’s encrypted storage, bought on Billing. The panel shows how much is left.
- Los archivos usan el almacenamiento cifrado de la clínica, que se compra en Facturación. El panel muestra cuánto queda.
- A renamed file whose content does not match its extension is rejected.
- Un archivo renombrado cuyo contenido no coincide con su extensión se rechaza.
- Deleting a file is permanent and gives the space back to the plan.
- Eliminar un archivo es permanente y devuelve el espacio al plan.
