Management reports are the clinic’s spreadsheets: total patients, patients by insurance, by registration date, by birthday, and files that include emergency contacts and work history.
Los reportes de gestión son las hojas de cálculo de la clínica: pacientes totales, por seguro, por fecha de registro, por cumpleaños, y fichas que incluyen contactos de emergencia e historial laboral.

Inventory reports Reportes de inventario
The Inventory tab of Reports downloads three Excel files: the current stock (with charts for low stock, out of stock and expiring lots, and a sheet per lot), the stock at the close of a day you choose, and the movements of a date range with who recorded each one, the patient it went to, and whether an entry was booked as an expense with its invoice number.
La pestaña Inventario de Reportes descarga tres archivos de Excel: el stock actual (con gráficos de stock bajo, sin stock y lotes por caducar, y una hoja por lote), el stock al cierre del día que elijas, y los movimientos de un rango de fechas con quién registró cada uno, a qué paciente se entregó y si un ingreso se registró como gasto con su número de factura.
The Inventory tab is granted per seat, like the inventory itself.
